The top-ranked Aggies have a lot of hype coming into the 2024 season, being ranked in the top 10 or at least near the top 10 in most preseason polls. Leaving out the question mark that is pitching, the team is chalked full of talent and if they can gel early, there is a good chance the College World Series is a real possibility.
Leading the Maroon & White in the spring will be Collegiate National teammates sophomore Jace LaViolette and junior Braden Montgomery. Both are highly rated across the board and D1Baseball named both to their All-American team selection with LaViolette making the first team and Montgomery on the second.
