Texas A&M 2025 4-star DL signee named top performer at UA All-American game

2025 4-star defensive lineman Landon Rink is living up to the hype

2025 four-star defensive lineman Landon Rink is quickly becoming one of the annual late risers in the cycle as the Texas A&M signee shined during Thursday’s Under Armour All-American game, leading to Rivals’ Greg Smith naming the Cy-Fair senior one of the game’s top performers.

Playing for the Icon team, Rink made his way into the backfield more often than not. His impressive practice clips made their way to live action, exciting Aggie fans who feel he can make an impact as soon as his 2025 freshman season.

Rink is the son of a former Texas Longhorns defensive lineman and has an impressive background. As a senior at Cy-Fair HS, he has shown a strong commitment to the Aggies, more than many others in the 2025 recruiting cycle, and already appears to be a promising asset for the Aggies’ defensive line.

From a strength perspective, Rink broke his high school’s all-time clean record by lifting 350 pounds. Rink’s future as a Texas A&M starter/contributor is unknown, but as the splash plays stack up, he could see the field much sooner than later, as he proved during Thursday’s showing.

According to Rivals, Rink is the 195th-ranked prospect in the 2025 class, the 12th-ranked defensive lineman, and the 26th-ranked prospect in Texas.
