Texans vs. Chiefs Thursday injury report: WR Brandin Cooks limited

The Houston Texans released their second injury report ahead of Week 15 against the Kansas City Chiefs, and WR Brandin Cooks (calf) was limited.

The Houston Texans saw some favorable news on their Thursday injury report as they gear up to take on the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 15 at NRG Stadium.

Receiver Brandin Cooks, who has missed the last two games with a calf injury, was limited in Thursday’s practice. It was the first time in two weeks he practiced.

Receiver Nico Collins (foot), guard Justin McCray (hamstring), cornerbacks Steven Nelson (foot), Derek Stingley (hamstring), and running back Dameon Pierce (ankle) did not practice. Defensive tackle Taylor Stallworth (calf) similarly did not practice after being limited on Wednesday.

Guard Kenyon Green (ankle) was a limited participant.

Fullback Troy Hairston (chest) was a full participant. Defensive tackles Roy Lopez (hip) and Kurt Hinish (shoulder) were full participants after being limited.

Left tackle Laremy Tunsil (illness) was also upgraded to full participation.
