The Houston Texans announced their inactives ahead of their Week 10 encounter with the Cleveland Browns Sunday at 12:00 p.m. CT at FirstEnergy Stadium.
Receiver Keke Coutee was declared inactive. Joining him healthy scratches were quarterback Josh McCown, cornerback Cornell Armstrong, and receiver Isaiah Coulter.
Guard Senio Kelemete was declared out on Friday with a concussion. Defensive end Charles Omenihu was declared out on Saturday with a hamstring injury.
For the Browns, their inactives include receiver Taywan Taylor, running back Dontrell Hilliard, cornerback Robert Jackson, safety Jovante Moffatt, linebacker Jacob Phillips, and defensive end Joe Jackson.
