Texans don’t know if receiver Will Fuller will play against the Titans

Houston Texans coach Bill O’Brien does not know if wide receiver Will Fuller will make his return on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans.

Houston Texans wide receiver Will Fuller did not play against the Denver Broncos in an eventual 38-24 loss. After being limited in practice all week, Houston chose to rest the fourth-year wideout due to a hamstring injury.

Previously, Fuller suffered a hamstring injury in the Texans’ Week 7 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. He came back in Week 12, to beat the Colts on a Thursday night, played two games in total and then did not play against Denver.

Will he play in a crucial Week 15 matchup against the Tennessee Titans?

“I don’t know,” said Texans coach Bill O’Brien on Wednesday.

Fuller has yet to play a full season in the NFL. He has battled with numerous hamstring ailments throughout his career and a torn ACL in 2018. Despite so, he is a key-cog to an offense that is tough to beat with him on the field.

In nine games of play in 2019, Fuller has 42 receptions for 598 yards and three touchdowns. The Texans are 6-2 in games that he completes.
