Terry McLaurin, James Smith-Williams active for Commanders vs. Cardinals

Check out the players the Commanders did not dress in their season opener against the Cardinals.

The Washington Commanders announced their list of inactive players who would not dress for their season opener against the Arizona Cardinals. Wide receiver Terry McLaurin was active, as expected.

Defensive end Chase Young, ruled out on Saturday after initially being questionable for the game with a neck injury, was inactive.

Defensive end James Smith-Williams, who was questionable with an oblique injury he suffered late in the week, did dress for the game.

These players did not dress for Washington:

  • DE William Bradley-King
  • OL Trent Scott
  • OL Chris Paul
  • TE Curtis Hodges
  • WR Mitchell Tinsley
  • DE Chase Young
