Versatility
The Marshall product was labeled as a safety during the draft, but he has always played at multiple positions since high school and was mostly a corner in college, as he told Erik Bacharach of the Tennessean.
“As a player, I’m kind of a guy that does whatever needs to be done for the team, if that’s playing corner, safety, regardless of the position,” Jackson said.
Adding to that, Jackson played on special teams in all four years with The Thundering Herd. For a seventh-round pick who has an uphill climb in making the Titans’ roster, his speed versatility certainly gives him a better chance to do so.
