Tennessee Titans have tributes planned for departing players

Tributes are coming for some of the Titans’ departing players.

One of the biggest questions we’ve seen about the Tennessee Titans and some of their departing players is, “where are the tribute videos?”

It’s typical of a team to post these types of videos on social media when a long-time player has left for another team, but as of yet we haven’t seen any for the likes of Jurrell Casey, Marcus Mariota or Delanie Walker.

Well, according to Jim Wyatt of Titans Online, Nate Bain, who runs the team’s social media accounts, has something planned for Mariota, as well as the others, but the team is waiting for deals to become official.

Nate Bain, who runs the team’s social media account, has something planned for Marcus once that deal becomes official. He also has more planned with the departure of Delanie and Jurrell. But the Titans can’t do anything thanking Marcus until he officially lands somewhere else. It’s coming.

This is pretty much what I thought was going on. There’s no chance the Titans wouldn’t take time out to recognize each of these players and what they meant to the team over the years.

We can also expect the team to post tributes for guys like Logan Ryan and Wesley Woodyard should each move on in free agency.
