GAINESVILLE — Tennessee added another prospect to its 2021 recruiting class Thursday, when athlete Christian Charles announced his commitment to the Vols.
Charles is a 6-foot-1, 185-pound athlete at Chestatee High School in Gainesville, Georgia.
Tennessee is his only SEC offer. He does not hold a rating on the 247Sports Composite, as he joins a 2021 Tennessee class that currently ranks No. 7 in the country.

Charles plays quarterback and defense for Chestatee, he also runs tracks in high school.
Defensive coordinator Derrick Ansley is listed as Charles’ primary recruiter, which could signify Tennessee wants him to play defense when he arrives on campus.
Charles’ other offers include Air Force, Arkansas State, Army and Bowling Green.
