Despite his commitment to SMU, several teams have been pushing for Samuels. Schools like Baylor, Ole Miss, Arkansas, Colorado and Arizona State have offered the 2021 prospect.
Tennessee’s 2021 recruiting class has taken some hits with decommitments recently, and the Vols currently have the No. 13 class in the country.
The early signing period takes place Dec. 16-18 for the 2021 recruiting class. National signing day is Feb. 3.
