Tennessee earns first top-10 win since 2012.

Tennessee volleyball continued its perfect season Friday, outlasting Baylor in five-sets.

Breana Runnels recorded 20 kills and 15 digs to lead Tennessee past Baylor, 17-25, 25-23, 25-23, 16-25, 15-13, before 933 fans at Thompson-Boling Arena.

The Lady Vols (4-0) received a team effort that included Knoxville native and Berean Christian School graduate Lily Felts recording 17 kills and 15 digs.

Morgahn Fingall totaled 16 kills, three aces and two assists against the No. 9 Bears (1-3).

The win is Tennessee’s first over a top-10 opponent since defeating No. 10 Iowa State on Aug. 25, 2012. It is also the first time since Sept. 9, 2011 that an unranked Tennessee team defeated a top 10-ranked opponent.

The Lady Vols return to action Sunday when they host No. 7 Pittsburgh at 1 p.m. EDT. The match will be streamed on SEC Network+.
