Tennessee baseball enters the 2024 season ranked top 11 in all five preseason polls (USA TODAY Sports, NCBWA, Baseball America, D1Baseball, Perfect Game).
The Vols will open its 2024 season on Feb. 16 versus Texas Tech (8 p.m. EST) in the Shriners Children’s College Baseball Showdown presented by Kubota.
The Shriners Children’s College Baseball Showdown will take place at Globe Life Field in Arlington, Texas, home of Major League Baseball’s Texas Rangers.
2024 will be the seventh season for Tennessee under head coach Tony Vitello.
