Kickoff between the Vols and Tigers is slated for noon EDT. ESPN will televise the SEC matchup.
Tennessee announced Monday the Vols will wear their Nike Smokey Grey uniforms.
The uniform return is part of a Smokey Grey Series for the 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025 seasons.
Tennessee debuted its Nike Smokey Grey uniform on Oct. 10, 2015 against Georgia at Neyland Stadium.
The Vols defeated Georgia, 38-31.
Tennessee wore its Nike Smokey Grey uniform for the second time on Sept. 24, 2016 against Florida at Neyland Stadium.
Tennessee defeated the Gators, 38-28.
The Vols’ third time wearing their Nike Smokey Grey uniform took place Dec. 30, 2016 against Nebraska. Tennessee defeated the Cornhuskers, 38-24, in the Music City Bowl.
Tennessee’s last appearance in Nike Smokey Grey uniforms took place Sept. 30, 2017 versus Georgia at Neyland Stadium. The Bulldogs were victorious, 41-0.
