TCU defensive tackle Ross Blacklock has declared for the 2020 NFL draft.
He announced his decision via Twitter.
Blacklock is a tough, quick prospect that totaled a career best 9 tackles for loss and 3.5 sacks in 2019. He leaves TCU after once being named the Big 12 Co-Defensive Freshman of the Year.
“I would like to thank coach Patterson and coach Fitch for believing in me,” Blacklock said in his declaration statement. “I want to send an extended thank you to my TCU family and everyone I have met along the way.”
Blacklock will be an interesting prospect to monitor throughout this process. His impressive movement skills, size and strength will likely land him in the Top 100 come April.
