The Tortured Poets Department track list has already been revealed by Taylor Swift, with her new album dropping in April, and there’s one song title that caught the eye of her fans: “But Daddy I Love Him.”
Where might she have gotten that one from? Well, Swifties took to the interwebs — or maybe just checked in with their Disney movie memories — and connected it to the line in The Little Mermaid in which Ariel tells her father “I LOVE HIM!”

For what it’s worth, as you’ll see below, Swift once dressed up like the mermaid, so it tracks!
