Wisconsin class of 2025 wide receiver commit erupts for Zionsville High School

Wisconsin’s highly-touted class of 2025 wide receiver commit Eugene Hilton Jr. shined once again for Zionsville High School over the weekend.

After snagging a pair of touchdown passes in the 31-20 loss to Pike High School on Aug. 23, Hilton Jr. pocketed nine catches for 152 yards and three scores against Lawrence Central High School in his second week as a senior.

Hilton Jr. displayed his entire offensive repertoire throughout the stellar performance. Whether it be maneuvering around defenders on the edge to gain yards after the catch or zooming past cornerbacks to secure long passes and everything in between, Hilton Jr. can quite literally do everything at the position for a high schooler.

To some, his ability as a pass-catcher is no surprise. The son of former NFL Pro Bowl wide receiver T.Y. Hilton, Hilton Jr. is considered the No. 409 player in the class of 2025, No. 62 wide receiver and No. 7 recruit from his home state of Indiana by 247Sports.

Prior to committing to Luke Fickell’s crew in June, the 6-foot-2, 195-pound wideout fielded offers from units like Georgia, Ole Miss, Miami, Missouri, Kansas and Purdue during his recruiting process.

Unfortunately for those programs, their cornerbacks will line up opposite Hilton Jr. beginning in the fall of 2025. If he continues to dominate at this pace, he could earn a rotational spot in a matter of weeks at UW.
