Listen, there’s not much in this world that is going to get me to take off my shoes and stand on freezing cold pavement in freezing cold temperatures in just socks.
But, apparently, these folks are not me. Kanye West’s Yeezy line is dropping a new basketball shoe during All-Star weekend in Chicago and, not going to lie to y’all, it looks pretty good.
Good enough, apparently, that when they were offering the shoe on Friday in the streets of Chicago, these dudes thought it’d be a great idea to trade the shoes on their own feet that they were CURRENTLY wearing for them.
First of all, they had people chasing after these trucks.

Second, they were literally standing on cold pavement for them. Keep in mind, fam, that it is literally 17 degrees in downtown Chicago right now as I type this.

Shoes are great, man. But ain’t a single shoe on Earth THIS great. And it’s not like they’re trading any old shoe â they’re giving up the Nike Fear of God 1’s! Just know, that’s a rare and pretty expensive shoe. It retailed at $395(!).
Yeah, fam, they’re bugging. Really, really hope that shoe fits. Because if not? Yeah, frostbitten feet all around. Sheesh.
