The Winter X Games, one of the most highly-anticipated annual events for extreme sports enthusiasts, is set to return to Buttermilk Mountain in Aspen, Colorado this weekend for its 27th edition.

The four-day event will feature a total of 16 competitions across six disciplines, with athletes competing for medals and prize money in events such as Ski SuperPipe, Snowboard SuperPipe, Snowmobile Freestyle, and Snowmobile Best Trick.
