Stanford takes top spot in Mizuno WGCA coaches poll for March 15

This is the second poll of the 2024 spring season.

The Women’s Golf Coaches Association has announced the results of the latest Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll. This is the second poll of the 2024 spring season.

In Division I, Stanford jumped to the top spot after receiving 15 first-place votes, while Wake Forest, the defending national champion, dropped to No. 2 with three votes. UCLA received one first-place vote to climb three spots to No. 3, and South Carolina moved up one spot to No. 4. Rounding out the top five is LSU after jumping five spots.

Dallas Baptist claims the top spot in Division II after receiving nine first-place votes.

Oklahoma City women’s golf is unanimous No. 1 in NAIA Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll

In the Mizuno WGCA Coaches poll for NAIA, Oklahoma City is the unanimous No. 1 team.

The Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) has announced the results of the most recent Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll. This is the fourth and final poll of the 2022 spring season.

In NAIA, Oklahoma City remains the unanimous No. 1, Keiser and Dalton State College each hold steady at No.2 and No. 3, respectively.

The 2022 NAIA women’s golf national championship is set for May 24-27 at Lincoln Park West in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Oklahoma City University stands alone at No. 1 in NAIA Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll

OCU has won its last two events: The Kyle Blaser Invitational and the Susie Maxwell Berning Classic.

The Women’s Golf Coaches Association has unveiled the latest Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll.

This is the third poll of the 2022 spring season.

In NAIA, Oklahoma City University claims the top spot after receiving all but one first-place vote. Keiser University comes in at No. 2 with the remaining vote, followed by Dalton State College at No. 3.

OCU has won its last two events: The Kyle Blaser Invitational and the Susie Maxwell Berning Classic.

They’ll play next week at the Sooner Athletic Conference Championships.

Keiser and Oklahoma City each collected 76 total points and four first-place votes.

In NAIA, Keiser and Oklahoma City find themselves tied atop the poll. Both teams received 76 total points and both garnered four first-place votes. Keiser was No. 1 in the previous poll.

Dalton State College remains at No. 3, British Columbia is No. 4 and SCAD Savannah checks in at No. 5.

Keiser is near unanimous No. 1 in Bushnell/Golfweek NAIA Coaches Poll

After receiving 17 of the 18 first-place votes, Keiser is No. 1 in the Bushnell/Golfweek NAIA Coaches Poll.

After receiving 17 of the 18 possible first-place votes, Keiser is No. 1 in the March 11 edition of the Bushnell/Golfweek NAIA Coaches Poll.

The Seahawks are followed by South Carolina Beaufort, then Oklahoma City, which garnered the only other first-place vote. British Columbia and Coastal Georgia in the top five.

The top 10 is rounded out by Point, Bellevue, Wayland Baptist, SCAD Savannah and Dalton State, which rose seven spots after winning the Kinderlou Forest Spring Invitational.

Newcomer Reinhardt is at No. 14 after winning the Skyhawk Invitational.

Keiser is the No. 1-ranked team in the first spring 2022 Mizuno WGCA NAIA Coaches Poll

Keiser University is the top-ranked team in women’s golf in NAIA to start the 2022 spring season.

The Women’s Golf Coaches Association has released the first spring 2022 Mizuno WGCA Coaches Poll and Keiser University is the top-ranked team in women’s golf in NAIA.

Keiser received four first-place votes to take the top spot. Oklahoma City checks in at No. 2 and also received four first-place votes. Oklahoma City was the top-ranked team in the final poll of the fall 2021 campaign.

Dalton State College is No. 3, SCAD Savannah is No. 4 and William Carey is No. 5.

Keiser recently won the Kinderlou Forest Spring Invite at Kinderlou Forest Golf Club in Valdosta, Georgia, by a 18 shots. All five Keiser golfers finished in the top-10. The Seahawks were led by Michela Tjan, who finished solo fourth at 10 over. Her week included a 68 in the second round.

South Carolina opened its season with a win at the ANNIKA Intercollegiate by seven shots.

The Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) has announced the results of the most recent WGCA Coaches Poll. This is the second poll of the 2021 fall season.

In Division I, South Carolina received five first-place votes to jump 10 spots to No. 1, while Duke received one first-place vote to remain at No. 2. Oklahoma State received two first-place votes to move up one spot to No. 3, followed by Wake Forest at No. 4. Stanford received nine first-place votes to round out the top-five. Stanford was the No. 1-ranked team in the previous poll. The Cardinal did receive nine first-place votes this week, the most of the five teams which received first-place votes.

South Carolina opened its season with a win at the ANNIKA Intercollegiate by seven shots. The Gamecocks went 14 under for three days at Royal Golf Club in Lake Elmo, Minnesota.

Williams College remains at No. 5 after receiving one first-place vote.
