Auburn vs. Saint Louis: Stream, injury report, broadcast info for Sunday’s matinee

After a successful week in Mexico, the Tigers return to Neville Arena on Sunday to face a solid Saint Louis squad.

The No. 16 Auburn Tigers play Saint Louis on Sunday afternoon, and if you’re wondering how you can watch the action live, you’ve come to the right place.

After a successful week in Mexico where they were crowned the champions of the Cancun Challenge, the Auburn Tigers are back on the Plains to face a solid squad from the Atlantic 10 Conference, the Saint Louis Billikens.

The Billikens enter Sunday’s game with a 5-1 record, owning wins over programs such as Murray State, Memphis, and Providence. Auburn head coach [autotag]Bruce Pearl[/autotag] has plenty of respect for Saint Louis.

“This will be, by far, our biggest test in so many,” Pearl said Friday during his game preview press conference. “Physically, just the talent level. This is a top five or six seed in the NCAA Tournament.”

Much like Bradley, who the Tigers faced in Cancun, the Billikens have plenty of offensive firepowers. Saint Louis’ roster features four players that average double-figures in scoring every game. One player to watch, in particular, is point guard Yuri Collins.

In last season’s game at Saint Louis, Collins was two assists away from a triple-double after scoring 13 and pulling down 12 rebounds in Auburn’s 74-70 win. Pearl says that he anticipates the matchup between Collins and [autotag]Wendell Green Jr.[/autotag] on Sunday.

Below, you will find every peice of key information needed for Auburn’s game against Saint Louis, including a “how-to-watch” guide, injury report, and a projected starting lineup.

Tigers of the Game: Green shines while Broome’s return leads Auburn to victory

After missing last Friday’s game with Texas Southern, Johni Broome returned to lead Auburn in three categories in the Tigers’ win over Bradley Tuesday night.

The No. 16 Auburn Tigers played its’ most complete game of the young season on Tuesday night, defeating Bradley, 85-64 in round one of the Cancun Challenge at the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya in Mexico.

Auburn shot 56% from the field while limiting a hot-shooting Bradley squad to shooting just 43%. Five Tigers reached double-figures in scoring, led by [autotag]Wendell Green Jr.[/autotag] and [autotag]Johni Broome[/autotag], who scored 14 points each. Allen Flanigan and K.D. Johnson scored 12 and 13 points respectively off the bench, and Jaylin Williams earned his second consecutive double-digit scoring game, picking up 11 points.

The biggest story of the night was Broome’s return to the floor for the Tigers. After missing last Friday’s game against Texas Southern due to precautions from a bone bruise, Broome tied for the team lead in points, while leading the team in rebounds with nine, and blocks with three.

“It was good to be back on the court with my brothers,” Broome said after Auburn’s win. “I got off to a fast start. My teammates put me in a position to make plays, and that’s what I did.”

Broome’s performance was worthy enough to earn two votes from the staff at Auburn Wire for “Tiger of the Game.” Next in line was Green for his efforts in creating points for the Tigers.

Here is a look at how writers Taylor JonesJ.D. McCarthy, and River Wells voted following Auburn’s win over Bradley.
