You might not know this, but Waka Flocka Flame has a keen eye for basketball talent. Over a decade ago, the rapper had flagged Tobias Harris as the next up and coming star in the NBA. While Harris might not be the next Lebron, as Waka said, he has become one of the highest paid players in the NBA and Waka saw it coming all the way back when Harris was in high school.

Now, the Atlanta based rapper has his eyes on Michigan State dual sport commit Keon Coleman.

Flocka appeared on the Pardon My Take podcast this week, and was asked to give his thoughts on any up-and-coming basketball players currently in high school. Waka only spoke about one player, and while he couldn’t recall his name, he described MSU commit Keon Coleman:

“I wanna say he’s from Louisiana. This kid plays football and basketball… He literally jumps out the gym. Like F****** Vince Carter. He’s ATHLETIC. He is super athletic. He’s unstoppable. He just dropped like 49 or 59 points in a game.”

You can hear Waka Flocka Flame talk about Coleman starting at 56:20 below:
