Falcons still refuse to put the Saints on their scoreboard

The Falcons still refuse to put the Saints on their scoreboard. It’s Atlanta versus the Visitors on Sunday:

The New Orleans Saints and Atlanta Falcons renewed their rivalry for the first time this season as they met in Atlanta for Week 12.

The Falcons have continued an old tradition as they refuse to put the Saints’ name on the Mercedes-Benz Stadium scoreboard, instead showing “Visitors.” This rivalry has been heated and petty for years, this is just another feather in that cap. The mind games haven’t done great for the Falcons in the past, as the Saints haven’t lost in Atlanta since the 2017 season.

There is some extra spice to this game as the all-time series is tied for the first time in almost 60 years, with the Saints on a 6-1 stretch. The battle is now for bragging rights as well as the NFC South title.

Best is the standard at Clemson football, and this past weekend, the creative solutions team for the Tigers stepped up their social media game for recruits on campus.

If you are on social media, you have seen plenty of pictures from photoshoots during visits. Years ago, Clemson was one of the first to do this, and it didn’t take long for other schools to follow.

Clemson’s creative solutions team this past weekend did individual videos for each visitor, with integrated pictures from the photoshoots along with scenes from gamedays at Memorial Stadium.

Here is an example of a video sent to one of the visitors:

Five most important visitors for the Iron Bowl

Auburn needs to impress these players

The Iron Bowl is almost here. And as they do every year, several elite prospects will be in attendance for the game.

The Auburn football program has been waiting for some momentum to come on the recruiting front. While it has picked up some movement over the season, it still puts Auburn in the bottom part of the SEC in recruiting for the 2022 class.

While every visitor is important, here are the five most important visitors for the game.

Could Seahawks face Cardinals in Mexico City this season?

The Seattle Seahawks are one of a number of teams who could face the Arizona Cardinals in Mexico City in the 2020 regular season.

The NFL has announced the Arizona Cardinals are the home team for this year’s game in Mexico City, marking the fifth regular-season game played at Estadio Azteca.

The Cardinals last played in Mexico 15 years ago when they squared off against the 49ers.

“We are incredibly excited to be returning to Estadio Azteca where we had such a positive experience in 2005,” Cardinals Chairman and President Michael Bidwell said via the press release. β€œThe Cardinals are very appreciative of the support we receive from fans in Mexico and look forward to a tremendous experience.”

The league did not announce any additional details about the game, including naming the visiting team, the date or kickoff time.

As one of the teams in the league who face Arizona on the road, the Seahawks could possibly be the mystery opponent in question. The Cardinals’ other possible away opponents in Mexico are the Eagles, Redskins, Bills, Rams and 49ers.

Stay tuned for further details as they become available.
