Former Miami Hurricane WR with Alabama ties Dazalin Worsham enters transfer portal

The star receiver from Trussville, Alabama may look for a return to his home state.

Dazalin Worsham has entered the transfer portal after two years with the Miami Hurricanes program. Worsham is from Trussville, Alabama and was originally committed to Coach Saban and Alabama out of high school, and they will be certainly in the running again.

Worsham is a 6-0, 185-pound receiver who was formerly a three-star recruit. Due to a change at the head coaching position and a lack of playing time in Coral Gables, Worsham decided it was best to find a new home.

Through two collegiate seasons, Worsham saw action in just one game in 2020 and has yet to record any statistics. However, Worsham was turning heads during spring ball this year.

Transferring to Alabama would help provide a jumpstart to Worsham’s collegiate career, and for Alabama it would provide some depth in an inexperienced receiving room. Worsham would join [autotag]Jermaine Burton[/autotag] and [autotag]Tyler Harrell[/autotag] as the third receiver to make the leap of faith.

Roll Tide Wire will continue to cover Worsham’s journey through the NCAA transfer portal and how that impacts the Crimson Tide.

2022 4-star in-state DL Justice Finkley names Alabama in top 3

Alabama is in the top-3 for one of the top in-state recruits!

Nick Saban continues to have success on the recruiting trail. Today, the Crimson Tide was named as a top-3 option for Justice Finkley, a 4-star defensive lineman from Trussville, Alabama.

Finkley listed Alabama along with Colorado and Texas in his final three.

The Crimson Tide’s 2022 recruiting rank currently sits at No. 13 national and No. 4 within the SEC, according to 247Sports.

He is being recruited by Freddie Roach and defensive coordinator Pete Golding.

There’s no telling where he would go, with three programs in three different conferences, it’s anyone’s guess as to what his final choice will be. A final commitment date has also not been set yet for Finkley.

Roll Tide Wire will continue to follow Finkley and other 2022 top recruits.
