Thanks a lot, replay reviews.
Sure, you’re great at getting calls right, which is really the most important thing.
But sometimes, you rob us of amazing scores and touchdowns and such. And that happened on Wednesday, when the magical Trevor Zegras pulled off another lacrosse-style goal for the Anaheim Ducks. He’s seriously unreal behind the net — remember the alley-oop pass? — and is a threat to do this nightly.
Bad news: the Minnesota Wild challenged, and it turns out Dmitry Kulikov was offside long before that. BOOOOOO!
Still, you’ve got to see this thing, it’s just spectacular from start to finish:

Zegras, motivated by his appearance on @GotYerBackPod this week, delivers this beauty last night. But the darn off-side video review wipes it out.
New rule: no video review allowed after a lacrosse goal! https://t.co/1F3XrjKvwC— Pierre LeBrun (@PierreVLeBrun) November 10, 2022
Can we challenge the challenge please?
