Texas wrapped up an 8-4 regular season and is now set to take on the Washington Huskies in the Alamo Bowl on Dec. 29.
Year two under Steve Sarkisian featured tons of exciting moments worthy of remembering. An instant classic matchup against Alabama, a red river throttle of rival Oklahoma and a senior day statement victory over Baylor.
While the season did not end up with a Big 12 championship game appearance as hoped, Texas took a massive leap in the right direction. A three-win improvement to go along with a top-25 ranking is an excellent bounce-back for the Horns after a historically bad year prior.
Texas faithful has lots to look forward to in 2023 and beyond.
