Michelle Wie West reveals how Travis Kelce helped get Taylor Swift the ‘TNT’ bracelet the golfer designed

Here’s the story behind the now-famed TNT bracelet.

It was the fashion statement that had everyone buzzing after the AFC title game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Baltimore Ravens: Taylor Swift wore a diamond friendship bracelet with “TNT” on it (yes, that’s for Travis n’ Taylor!), a trinket that was designed by golfer Michelle Wie West.

West was on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and revealed that she sent Travis Kelce a message and hoped she could get a bracelet to her. And then West looked at her phone after the game and saw the bracelet (and said phone) blowing up. What a moment for the now-retired star!

Taylor Swift’s ‘The Man’ video has tennis fans speculating about a Serena Williams reference

Was Swift making a statement about how Williams was treated at the 2018 U.S. Open?

Taylor Swift dropped an incredible video for her newest song, The Man, on Thursday, in which the singer transformed into a bearded male to shine a light on double standards.

As many fans and outlets have noticed, the video is chock full of Easter eggs. Let’s focus on one in particular: Swift’s “man” plays tennis and ends up berating an umpire (played by her father, Scott Swift), complete with flipped double birds, wrecked rackets and thrown balls.

There are a lot of people who think that’s a clear reference to Serena Williams’ meltdown at a chair umpire at the 2018 U.S. Open final after he assessed Williams a warning for allegedly getting coached from the stands by Patrick Mouratoglou, an incident that ignited arguments about the differences in how male and female tennis players are treated.

Here’s the video — at around the 2:25 mark, the tennis scenes begin:
