Stray: All memory locations

The location of all optional memories in every area in Stray so you don’t miss a thing.

Once you’ve gotten through all of the music sheets, energy drinks, notebooks, and more that you can collect in the world of Stray, the memories will be the final thing you need to seek out. Unless you want all the badges too, of course.

Memories in Stray belong to B-12, your robot companion. His memory of the old world can be jogged for some enlightening tidbits by locating items and images that remind him of things. Sounds vague, but all of these memories are highlighted with bits floating lights around them.

If you want to learn everything you can about Stray’s world, you’ll need every memory in the game. In this guide we list all optional memories so you can discover everything.

Stray fans turn the cat into their real-life pets, Garfield, and more

Modders are also replacing the feline protagonist with absolutely absurd pop culture references.

By now, you’re likely aware that everyone is in love with Stray, an adorable puzzle platformer where you play as a cat. It’s pretty darn good. Some might say goodest, even — enough swap out the feline protagonist with pop culture references and real-world kitty companions.

Yes, it’s happening. Stray already has a healthy modding scene, as with any solid PC port. However, what’s setting mods apart with this game is many people are creating in-game models based on their actual cats. Nexusmods has skins for tabbies, calicos, and even flame point siamese kitties. It’s absorbable beyond all comprehension.

Naturally, there are also absolutely unhinged creations. Garfield is a no-brainer, but nothing can prepare you for CJ from GTA San Andreas. Check out what I mean below.

Stray: Worker Jacket and Hat locations

Get inside Midtown’s Factory with the Worker Jacket and Worker Hat. We’ve got the locations you need with this Stray guide.

Once you reach Stray’s Midtown section, things start to open up massively. Midtown is an even more complex and layered environment than The Slums, even if you won’t spend as much time on the rooftops. There are secrets hidden everywhere, the environmental detail is so dense that you might miss a path if you’re not careful.

Once you meet with Clementine and her informant, Blazer, you need to find a way into the Factory. Blazer can sneak you in, but you’ll need a Worker Hat and a Worker Jacket so he can get in himself. Both of these items require several steps to grab, so for everything you need to know, just check through our guide below.

Stray: Security Camera locations, Cassette Tape

Take down all the Security Cameras in Stray’s Midtown area with this complete guide.

Stray has seen a lot of success recently, breaking records for Annapurna Interactive on Steam, and becoming its best-selling launch for a game yet. It’s easy to see why, Stray’s feline protagonist is adorable, and the adventure it goes in a mysterious world manages to put you in the shoes of a furry creature exploring a new place.

Once you arrive in Midtown, there’s a number of things you’ll have to do. First you must find Clementine and her informant in order to enter the Factory, but before that you’ll need to collect a Worker Hat and a Worker Jacket. You’ll need an essential item for this, the Cassette Tape, and you’ll need to locate and destroy security cameras in order to get it done. Here’s where to find them all in Midtown.

Stray: All plant locations

Stray’s Antvillage has a quest that involves collecting colored plants, and we’ve got all the locations in this guide.

Once you reach the Antvillage in Stray, you’ll likely stumble across a colored plant. There are three colorful plants to find, Purple, Red, and Yellow. These are easy to miss if you run right through Antvillage, but take your time and you’ll be able to find them all.

Malo, the gardener who lives at the top of the Antvillage, loves to collect the different kinds of flowers that grow around the village, courtesy of the Outsider Clementine. In this guide we’re breaking down all the locations of the plants and flowers around the village, so you can collect them quickly and easy, receiving the Plant Badge as a reward.

Make sure to also complete your collection of music sheets and energy drinks in Stray.

The internet is absolutely enamored with Stray, a game where you play as a cat

Stray is the purrfect video game for any cat lover.

There’s nothing the internet loves more than cats. But a video game about cats? Say no more!

On Tuesday, developer BlueTwelve Studio and publisher Annapurna Interactive released a new video game Stray for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC. It’s a game where you play as a cat navigating a cyberpunk world, with puzzle solving, platforming, and general feline shenanigans that’ll make your heart swell tenfold.

While I’ve only put about a half hour or so into the game, I can confirm the tomcat tomfoolery present in Stray is as wholesome as it gets. Seriously, if you’re looking for a heartwarming roleplaying experience as a cat on an epic adventure, Stray is for you.

The game even has a dedicated meow button, of all things!

How cute is that?

As expected from the internet at large, people are now completely obsessed with just how adorable Stray is. And why wouldn’t they be? Look at that cat!

Stray: All Energy Drink locations

There are four Energy Drinks to find in The Slums, and you’ll need all of them to complete two separate optional objectives.

Stray’s first large area, The Slums, is a multi-layered mini-city that houses all manner of inhabitants, and a bunch of things to find. Even if you’re a diligent and explorative little kitty cat, you’ll probably miss a bunch of these hidden collectibles.

In fact, two of these collectibles can only be purchased with Energy Drinks. This is the common currency used in The Slums, and there are only four in total, all acquired from the live Vending Machines in The Slums. Some of those are very hidden, but we have all the information you need to find them in this guide.

Stray: All sheet music locations

Here’s where to find each and every piece of sheet music in Stray to give to Morusque the musician for the Meowlody trophy.

The Slums is one of Stray’s most detailed and dense areas – there’s a lot to find, and if you rush through you’ll miss a lot of it, as we mention in our Stray review. One of the first optional collectibles you can grab is a set of eight music sheets. Each has a different song on for Morusque the musician to learn and play for you.

Finding all of them and handing them over to Morusque unlocks the Meowlody trophy, and finding everything is an adventure in itself. In this guide we’re breaking down where you can find each music sheet in Stray. Make sure to locate all the notebooks and open all the safes, too!

Stray: Safe codes in The Slums

How to open all of the tough safes you’ll find within The Slums in Stray.

The Slums is a part of Stray that has dozens of minuscule secrets hidden away, and uncovering them all takes a fair bit of effort. The biggest mysterious safe in Stray is the one found near Morusque, and we’ll walk you through each and every step you need to know to solve that mystery.

In this guide we’ll be explaining The Slums safe codes, but we’ll also list out the other safes and door codes in the area that you’ll need to know in order to collect everything in Stray. If you want to complete everything you can find in The Slums, you need this guide.

July 2022 game releases: Upcoming titles being released this month

Cyberpunk, playing as an animal protagonist, and faithful sports sims are the main themes this month.

The summer months are always busy when it comes to new game announcements but not so much if we look at actual releases. In the last few weeks, we had the Summer Game Fest 2022, an Xbox & Bethesda Games showcase, and a Nintendo Direct Mini, all packed with games to look forward to until the end of this year. All of these are months away though, while in this list, we’ll focus on what’s coming this month. And there are still quite a few titles to be excited about.

Sports fans are getting the latest official F1 game and Matchpoint Tennis Championships is finally releasing to all platforms. There’s plenty of brand-new games coming, a few existing series are getting their next chapter and a cyberpunk stray cat adventure seems poised to steal the show.
