Michigan State basketball is across the pond, playing three games in Spain, while taking a vacation to build the camaraderie of the team. The first game the Spartans will play is at 1 p.m. ET on Thursday.

According to Tre Holloman’s Instagram story, fans will be able to watch the Spartans play via @michiganstatebasketball on what fans are assuming is X and Instagram.

According to a player on the team, fans will be able to watch the Spartans games in Spain:

Michigan State basketball will be heading over to Spain for a trip overseas that will focus on team bonding, while preparing for the 2024-25 season with a stretch of games.

Luckily for fans, the Spartans will be showcasing their games via some sort of streaming service, according to Jaden Akins. Akins made the remark during an interview with the This is Sparta podcast.

Spartans Wire will keep fans updated on which streaming platforms the games will be showcased on.

Michigan State basketball will reportedly head to Spain in August

For the second time under Tom Izzo, the Michigan State basketball program is heading to Europe. According to insider Justin Thind, the Spartans will head to Spain in mid-August where they will visit Madrid, Barcelona, and Valencia.

MSU’s first and last European trip was to Italy back in 2015.
