These 33 guys should have nothing to worry about going into training camp.
The Seattle Seahawks will begin their 2022 training camp schedule next week. In about one month, cuts will begin as teams around the NFL shave their rosters from 90 players down to 53 in preparation for the regular season.
Over the next four-five weeks, a lot of guys will have to fight for their spot on the roster, including a number of undrafted free agents. However, there are some whose place is secured. These 33 guys should have nothing to worry about going into training camp.
Metcalf also made a highlight-reel kind of catch over the top with Ahkello Witherspoon defending him.
The scariest thing about D.K. Metcalf is that he’s only going to get better with more time in the NFL. His combination of freakish size and obscene athleticism has already made him one of the game’s most difficult to defend wide receivers. Once he really begins to master the finer points of playing his position he’ll be an unstoppable force.
Today, Metcalf mixed things up by putting in some work with Seahawks defensive line coach Clint Hurtt, presumably to improve at beating press coverage.
