49ers final injury report: RB Matt Breida, TE George Kittle doubtful; WR Emmanuel Sanders questionable

In all, two players were ruled out, three are doubtful and another five are questionable.

The San Francisco 49ers enter Week 11 banged up. They will face the Arizona Cardinals likely playing without several starters. In all, two players have been ruled out, three others are doubtful and five are questionable.

Out

  • LT Joe Staley (finger)
  • DT D.J. Jones (groin)

Staley had surgery on his finger and is expected to miss a couple of weeks. Jones was ruled out early in the week by coach Kyle Shanahan.

Doubtful

  • RB Matt Breida (ankle)
  • TE George Kittle (knee, ankle)
  • K Robbie Gould (quad)

None of the three practiced all week. With Breida unlikely to play, it means a bigger role for Raheem Mostert and Tevin Coleman. Kittle missed last week’s game. Chase McLaughlin, who missed a potential game-winning field goal against the Seahawks on Monday night, will fill in for Gould.

Questionable

  • LB Azeez Al-Shaair (concussion)
  • RB Raheem Mostert (knee)
  • WR Emmanuel Sanders (ribs)
  • WR Dante Pettis (back)

Sanders was unable to practice all week. He is going to be a Sunday decision but it will be about how much pain he can tolerate. Pettis was limited for two days of practice. Al-Shaair was limited for two days after missing Wednesday. Mostert was limited all week.
