The Los Angeles Rams still have one game left to play, but with the season just about over, they announced recipients of this year’s awards. They handed out honors for team MVP, Rookie of the Year, a sportsmanship award and an Ed Block Courage Award to four different players, recognizing their efforts and play on and off the field.

With so many veterans and key players getting hurt throughout the year, the choice for MVP was fairly obvious: Bobby Wagner. In his first season with the Rams, he was voted the team’s top player, a huge honor for the former Seahawks linebacker.

Below is the complete list of award-winners for the Rams this year.

Rob Havenstein (knee) and Nick Scott (shoulder) expected to play in Week 18

Rob Havenstein and Nick Scott both came out of Sunday’s loss a bit banged up, but they’re expected to play in the season finale

The Los Angeles Rams fortunately came out of Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Chargers without any major injuries, but a couple of players did get banged up. Sean McVay said Rob Havenstein injured his knee despite never coming off the field, and he’s expected to be OK to play against the Seahawks this weekend. Nick Scott left the game with a shoulder injury before returning a little while later, and he also should be good to go for Sunday in Seattle.

“Just your typical bumps and bruises,” McVay said. “Rob got his knee a little bit but shouldn’t affect his game status. And then Nick Scott with his shoulder, had a little kind of (rotator) cuff injury. But both of those guys should be good to go and really those guys have been warriors for us this year.”

Havenstein has played 99.5% of the snaps on offense and Scott is third on the team with a 96.6% snap share on defense, so they hardly ever come off the field. Hence, McVay calling them “warriors” this season.

Havenstein is the Rams’ only offensive lineman to start every game this year, and Scott has started all 16 games up to this point, as well. It’s good to hear that they should be able to suit up on Sunday and close out the year as starters once again, hopefully capping off the season with a win.

5 Rams to watch in Week 14 vs. Raiders

The Rams are hosting the Raiders on Thursday night in Week 14 and we have 5 players fans should be keeping an eye on.

The Los Angeles Rams are set to host the Las Vegas Raiders at SoFi Stadium on Thursday night to kickstart Week 14. When the NFL scheduled this game, it likely expected both teams to be in playoff contention at this point of the season.

On the contrary, the Raiders are 5-7 and are in third place in the AFC West despite adding Davante Adams and Chandler Jones in the offseason. Meanwhile, the Rams boast a 3-9 record after winning the Super Bowl a season ago and are in last place in the NFC West.

With the Rams looking to end a six-game losing streak, here are five players to watch in Thursday’s matchup with the Raiders.

5 Rams to watch in Week 13 vs. Seahawks

The Rams will square off in an NFC West matchup in Week 13 vs. the Seahawks and we have 5 players to watch on Sunday.

The Los Angeles Rams are set to host the Seattle Seahawks in Week 13 for the first meeting between the NFC West foes this season. While the Rams have had the Seahawks’ number recently with an 8-3 record (including three straight wins) since Sean McVay arrived in 2017, these teams are in different spots in 2022.

The Seahawks have overachieved with a 6-5 record after trading away Russell Wilson, which is only one game behind the San Francisco 49ers for the division lead. Meanwhile, the reigning Super Bowl champions are 3-8 and have lost five games in a row.

With the Rams looking to continue their recent success against the Seahawks despite being extremely shorthanded, here are five players to watch in Sunday’s NFC West matchup.

5 Rams to watch in Week 11 vs. Saints

The Rams will travel to face the Saints in Week 11 and we have 5 players to watch in Sunday’s contest.

The Los Angeles Rams are traveling to face the New Orleans Saints at the Caesars Superdome in Week 11 for the first time since these two teams met in the NFC championship in the 2018 season. The outlooks on both of these teams were much different in 2018 with both teams now having just three wins in the first 10 weeks of the 2022 campaign.

The Rams have lost three consecutive games and injuries continue to mount up for them with Cooper Kupp, Alaric Jackson, and Chandler Brewer being placed on injured reserve. Brian Allen is questionable to suit up and Matthew Stafford has returned to practice, but he’ll still need to clear the concussion protocol to play on Sunday.

Amid what has been a chaotic season for the reigning Super Bowl champions, let’s take a look at five players to watch on the Rams ahead of their road showdown with the Saints in Week 11.

5 Rams to watch in Week 10 vs. Cardinals

The Rams will host the Cardinals in Week 10 and we have 5 players to watch on Sunday.

The Los Angeles Rams will be hosting the Arizona Cardinals at SoFi Stadium in Week 10 in an NFC West showdown. Both teams are desperately seeking a win with the Rams having a 3-5 record and the Cardinals being at the bottom of the division with a 3-6 record.

Los Angeles and Arizona squared off in Week 3, with the Rams coming away with a 20-12 win on the road. The Rams are now on a three-game winning streak against the Cardinals and they’ve won 11 of the last 12 meetings (including last year’s 34-11 victory in the wild-card round).

Despite Los Angeles having Arizona’s number in recent years, we know that this hasn’t been a typical year under Sean McVay. With the Rams needing a win in the worst way, here are five players to watch in Sunday’s matchup with the Cardinals.

Rams nominate Rob Havenstein for 2022 Salute to Service Award

The Rams have nominated Rob Havenstein for the NFL’s 2022 Salute to Service Award

With Andrew Whitworth retired, Rob Havenstein has taken over as the leader among the Rams’ offensive linemen – and in the locker room as a first-time captain. He’s being recognized by the Rams this season as their nominee for the 2022 Salute to Service Award.

Each team in the NFL nominates one member of the organization for the award, which is given to the person who “demonstrates an exemplary commitment to honoring and supporting the military community.” Whitworth had been nominated for the award in each of the last two years, so the torch is being passed to Havenstein.

Havenstein is one of the longest-tenured players on the team, joining the Rams in 2015 as a second-round pick. He’s played and started 106 games since then, becoming one of the most consistent and reliable right tackles in the league.

Fans can vote on the nominees for the award, which will help determine the three finalists. The winner of the Salute to Service Award will be announced at the NFL Honors show in February.

5 Rams to watch in Week 6 vs. Panthers

The Rams will host the Panthers in Week 6 and here are 5 players to keep an eye on.

The Los Angeles Rams are set to host the Carolina Panthers in Week 6 at SoFi Stadium. The Rams enter Sunday’s matchup with a 2-3 record after losing back-to-back games to the San Francisco 49ers and the Dallas Cowboys by a combined score of 46-19.

Fans should expect some changes to the offensive line amid all of the injuries and struggles to begin the season. Speaking of changes, the Panthers will have a new head coach in Steve Wilks and a new quarterback in P.J. Walker on Sunday with the firing of Matt Rhule and Baker Mayfield dealing with an ankle sprain.

With the Rams desperately needing a win against the Panthers in Week 6, let’s take a look at five players that fans should be watching.

Rob Havenstein practiced for Rams again on Friday after suffering leg injury in Week 3

Havenstein’s status remains uncertain, though he wasn’t listed on the #Rams’ injury report and practiced for the second time this week on Friday.

Team captain Rob Havenstein was a full participant at practice for the Los Angeles Rams today after suffering an apparent leg injury in their win over the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday. Though he wasn’t listed on Thursday’s injury report, Havenstein’s status for Week 4 was in doubt, but his inclusion in the team’s preparation for Monday night was a good sign that he’ll be ready to play against the San Francisco 49ers.

Havenstein is in his eighth year in the NFL and has been with the Rams since they selected him in the second round of the 2015 draft. His presence on the offensive line has been a constant strength for the unit over the years, and he was rewarded with a three-year contract extension just before the regular season kicked off.

Head coach Sean McVay said that Havenstein “looked good” in Thursday’s practice session when he ran through the team’s extensive list of injuries, but was non-committal in his comments about the tackle’s official status. It remains to be seen if Havenstein will start against the 49ers in primetime, though it would seem that he is on track to make an impact given the current situation.

A full-time starter in every season he has played for the Rams, Havenstein has never played less than nine games for the team, with the low mark being set in their 2019 season when he suffered a knee injury. The team has relied on him to keep their quarterback upright for the better part of a decade, and his absence could spell disaster for Los Angeles against San Francisco’s fierce pass rush.

Though his status for the Monday night tilt remains uncertain, fans should be optimistic about the prospect of seeing him start, and any setback is sure to be reported in short order as the Rams are making their last push to finalize their game plan to take on the 49ers.

Rob Havenstein exits vs. Cardinals with apparent leg injury

Rob Havenstein is the latest Rams offensive lineman to go down with an injury

The Rams’ offensive line has been decimated by injuries and things might be getting worse before they get better. On Sunday against the Cardinals, right tackle Rob Havenstein exited the game with an apparent leg injury after Cam Akers got tackled into the back of him.

He was replaced by Bobby Evans at right tackle, lining up next to Alaric Jackson.

The Rams are getting dangerously thin on the offensive line after already losing Brian Allen, Tremayne Anchrum Jr. and now Havenstein to injuries.

UPDATE: Havenstein was able to return to the game on the next drive.
