Clemson quarterback Cade Klubnik inks a multi-year NIL deal with Rhoback

Klubnik lands another NIL deal heading into the 2023 season.

Clemson quarterback Cade Klubnik is a popular person and a great football player, and when you combine the two, NIL deals will come your way.

The sophomore has agreed to enter into a multi-year endorsement contract with the Rhoback, based out of Charlottesville, Virginia. Klubnik joins Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe as an ambassador who is in his second year with the company. Klubik is now one of the faces of their NIL campaign.

“I am incredibly excited to team up with Rhoback as my official apparel sponsor and help lead Rhoback U,” Klubnik said in a statement. “As a growing activewear brand, Rhoback continues to develop the highest quality products, while creating trendsetting media. I immediately related to their energy and creativity and can’t wait to share what we have in store this season with the Clemson community. As one of the fastest growing activewear bands in the country, I couldn’t be happier to be a part of Rhoback.”

Not only is Klubnik excited, but Rhoback as well. They have one of the brightest young quarterbacks linked to their company.

Watch as Jalen Milroe was in the zone in the latest ad with Rhoback!

In August of 2022, when he was still a backup, Alabama quarterback Jalen Milroe landed a deal with the performance activewear brand Rhoback. Fast-forward a year’s time and Milroe is now vying for the Crimson Tide’s starting job as well as continuing his name, image, and likeness deal with Rhoback.

On Monday, Rhoback released a video on social media that is allegedly from back in June where Milroe is showing off both his arm strength and his accuracy. In the clip, Milroe can be seen hitting the crossbar on four consecutive attempts, all from different yardages.

Many online believe the video is too good to be true and attribute it to special effects and editing. If it is indeed not real, then it fooled many!

At the end of the day, the video is just an advertisement and is used to get people’s attention, which it sure has.

Jalen Milroe’s NIL deal with Rhoback will help Alabama on the recruiting trail

Jalen Milroe lands an NIL deal that will benefit the Crimson Tide on the recruiting trail.

Even though he will be stuck behind Bryce Young on the depth chart for the second year in a row, Alabama backup quarterback, [autotag]Jalen Milroe[/autotag], is already being recognized as the next superstar in the system. When you get stuck behind the Heisman trophy winner like is the case for Milroe, there’s not much you can do; but, what you can do is keep your head down, work your tail off and be prepared when the time comes. All of which Milroe is doing.

Milroe’s efforts are now being appreciated off the field as he landed a name, image, likeness (NIL) deal with Rhoback, a clothing company. Rhoback signed Milroe’s teammate, Will Anderson Jr., to a deal within the past few weeks as well. Rhoback had plenty of athletes to choose from, but they decided to use their last deal on Milroe which should speak volumes of him.

Having a young quarterback that’s hidden on the depth chart land an identical NIL deal to the team’s Heisman candidate edge rusher is massive for recruiting pitches.

Milroe, while very talented is not starting in 2022 and is not guaranteed the starting job in 2023.

Saban will now be able to use this story as a way to show recruits they are capable of earning money off of their name, image and likeness while still waiting for their turn to shine.
