Oklahoma or Alabama?
That was a question some were curious about when Jalen Hurts was announced as a member of the Reese’s Senior Bowl in Mobile, Alabama.
The question was answered Tuesday night: both.

Oklahoma’s crimson color and interlocking ‘OU’ logo on one side, his Alabama No. 2 and Alabama’s crimson on the other. Riddell got even more detailed—the Oklahoma side has a white facemask and the Alabama side has a gray facemask.

Reese’s Senior Bowl director Jim Nagy said helmet company Riddell made two—one for the game on Saturday, another that Hurts signed and will be auctioned for charity*.
Oklahoma’s 2019 signal-caller threw for 3,841 passing yards and 32 touchdowns, rushed for 1,298 more yards and 20 touchdowns on the ground on the way to the Heisman Trophy presentation in New York City. Hurts helped the Sooners win a fifth-straight Big 12 Championship and a College Football Playoff berth.
At Alabama, Hurts led the Crimson Tide to two national championship games and a 26-2 record in two seasons as a starter. He totaled 6,670 yards of offense and 61 touchdowns as a starter.
The Reese’s Senior Bowl will kickoff at 1:30 p.m. CT Saturday on NFL Network. Practices for the event begin on Tuesday.
