LeBron James said he wants to make a rap album without rapping, and that’s a great thing

Maybe Bron should make a record label.

LeBron James is one of the greatest basketball players to ever play the game — maybe the greatest depending on how you feel.

His resume is untouchable. He’s got records on records on records. He’s got four championships and is still counting. There’s no questioning his skill and his legacy here.

One thing he’s not great at? Rapping. We know that, too. He loves hip-hop. He considers himself a rap aficionado. But he’s…just not good at rapping.

He’s got a song with Kevin Durant where the two are just trading mediocre bars and, while it’s cool to know that two of the best hoopers ever are on a track together, it was just awful to listen to.

Despite that, though, James says he wants to make a rap album. Thankfully, without rapping.

There are lots of things James can do to have his own rap album. Maybe he can learn how to produce! Or maybe he can be an A&R another album like he did with 2 Chainz’s joint that dropped a couple years ago. That album was alright!

Maybe he can just create a record label. I mean, he’s got a video production company in Spring Hill. Why not be a hip-hop executive, too? There are so many options here for James.

As long as he’s not rapping, we’re good.

Lil Terrio returning to the internet as a rapper is exactly what 2020 needed

Lil Terrio is BYKE

Look, let’s be honest about 2020. This year stinks and there’s not really any hope for a turnaround. We just have to take our W’s when they present themselves to us — no matter how few and far between.

One of those W’s is absolutely the internet’s prodigal son, Lil Terrio, coming back on the scene. This is, maybe, the best news we’ve gotten all year.

You probably remember Terrio as the “ooooh, kill ’em” dance kid. Except he’s not dancing anymore. Instead, he’s giving us rap freestyles and throwing stacks of money in our faces at 12 years old.  And guess what? He’s pretty good!

“They could call me what they want, but they can’t call me underpaid,” – Lil Terrio, an absolute icon. I’ve never been more happy to see a 12 year old throwing money in my face online. Thrive, King.

The internet was pleased with this development.

Even Meek Mill was impressed. MEEK MILL. Come on, yo.

Ah, Terrio. How we’ve missed you so.
