The Los Angeles Rams (1-1) and Cincinnati Bengals (1-1) square off in a Super Bowl LVI on Monday in Week 3. Kickoff from Paycor Stadium is at 8:15 p.m. ET (ESPN/ESPN2). Below, we look at Rams vs. Bengals odds from BetMGM Sportsbook. Also see: SportsbookWire’s NFL picks and predictions.

The Rams came into the season with low expectations but are 1-1 and now face a winless Bengals team. Rookie WR Puka Nacua has been sensational, catching an NFL record 25 passes in his first 2 games, aiding in Los Angeles’ survival in the absence of WR Cooper Kupp.

The Bengals entered the season as one of the favorites in the AFC but they’ve quickly fallen to 0-2. QB Joe Burrow aggravated his calf injury in Sunday’s 27-24 loss to the Baltimore Ravens as well, although he said he would have returned if the Bengals had another possession. Cincinnati is in rough shape right now.

First look: Los Angeles Rams vs. Cincinnati Bengals odds and lines

Looking at Los Angeles Rams vs. Cincinnati Bengals Super Bowl LVI NFL odds, lines and trends. Here’s what you need to know.

To the surprise of many, this year’s Super Bowl matchup pits the Cincinnati Bengals (13-7) against the Los Angeles Rams (15-5) – who were both the No. 4 seed in their respective conferences. It’s an unlikely matchup between the winners of the AFC North and NFC West but also a very intriguing battle between two high-powered offenses. Below, we look at the Rams vs. Bengals odds and lines for Super Bowl LVI; check back for our NFL picks and predictions.

Kickoff is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. ET Sunday, Feb. 13, at SoFi Stadium, the Rams’ home field. The game will be televised on NBC.

The Rams hit some bumps in the road during the regular season, but they got hot at just the right time. They won five of their last six regular-season games and won three straight in the playoffs to reach their second Super Bowl in four years. Their 27.1 points per game (PPG) in the regular season ranked seventh in the NFL, and they averaged 28.0 PPG in the playoffs.

They went 2-0 at home in the postseason, beating the Arizona Cardinals 34-11 in the Wild Card Round and the San Francisco 49ers 20-17 in the NFC title game. They won at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 30-27 in the Divisional Round.

The Bengals also finished the regular season relatively well, winning five of seven between Weeks 11 through 17. Like the Rams, they too lost their season finale to a division rival, falling at the Cleveland Browns – the Rams lost to the 49ers.

The Bengals finished 10-7 and won the AFC North. In the playoffs, they beat the visiting Las Vegas Raiders 26-19 in a Wild Card tilt before going on the road to squeak by the Tennessee Titans 19-16 in the Divisional Round and upset the Kansas City Chiefs 27-24 in overtime for the AFC crown. Their wins against the Titans and Chiefs both came on K Evan McPherson game-winning field goals, the final play of each game.

Rams at Bengals head-to-head

The Rams and Bengals last met in 2019 when they squared off in London. L.A. dominated Cincinnati, winning 24-10 as WR Cooper Kupp finished with 220 yards receiving and a touchdown. The starting QBs – Jared Goff for L.A. and Andy Dalton for Cincy – are with new teams now.

Super Bowl LVI will be the 15th game between these two teams. The Bengals lead the all-time series 8-6 and have won three of the last four. Since 2000, the Bengals are 3-2 against the Rams, but Los Angeles won the only meeting with Sean McVay (Los Angeles) and Zac Taylor (Cincinnati) as the head coaches of each team.

The total has only gone Over one time in their last six head-to-head contests and the Rams are 5-1-1 ATS in that stretch.
