One of Alabama’s top prospects from the 2024 recruiting class is cornerback Omilio Agard. On Monday, the native of Pennsylvania released his top-ten schools on his Twitter page. Alabama is one of the finalists to land him.
Agard’s primary recruiter is defensive backs coach Travaris Robinson. Robinson has done an excellent job thus far in his first year as an Alabama assistant coach. Thus far, he has helped the Crimson Tide land 2023 defensive backs Jahlil Hurley, Tony Mitchell, Caleb Downs, and Brayson Hubbard. His attention is set on the 2023 class, but he is still going after prospects in the 2024 class like Agard.
When asked by 247Sports’ director of recruiting Steve Wiltfong, here is what Agard had to say about Alabama:
“I’ve had a great relationship with Coach T-Rob back when he offered me at Miami and when he got to Alabama and offered me the relationship grew bigger. The dedication, commitment, culture, winning, and development at Bama is like no other!”
It sounds like Agard has a good relationship with Coach Robinson. The coaching staff will continue its pursuit for Agard to join the 2024 recruiting class.
