The Ohio State synchronized swimming team laid claim to its second straight and 34th overall national championship Saturday at the 2023 U.S. Collegiate Championships in Westmont, Illinois. The Buckeyes finished three points ahead of second-place Stanford.
Ruby Remati led all swimmers with a High Point Award of 68 points. She collected two national championships en route to the total: the A Figures in Thursdayโs technical competition and the duet title when she teamed with Emily Armstrong Saturday.
Nikki Dzurko won a championship in the solo competition to make it three titles for the Buckeyes. Dzurko took home the title for the third time in her career with a score of 84.5000.
