NFL Week 7 betting odds: Moneylines, spreads and Over/Unders for all games

Looking at the NFL odds and lines for the Week 7 slate, with moneylines, spreads and Over/Unders for all games.

[gambcom-standard rankid=”3011″ ]

In hindsight, Week 6 wasn’t a great time to use undefeated teams for your survivor pools. The San Francisco 49ers (5-1) and Philadelphia Eagles (5-1) both lost straight up for the 1st time this season, getting upset by the Cleveland Browns (3-2) and New York Jets (3-3), respectively.

As we move on to Week 7, there are still 2 teams that have not covered a single game against the spread (ATS). The Denver Broncos (1-5) lost 19-8 at the Kansas City Chiefs (5-1) on Thursday Night Football, and the Carolina Panthers (0-6) choked away a 14-point lead and lost 42-21 at the Miami Dolphins (5-1).

The Buffalo Bills (4-2) and New England Patriots (1-5), who have both struggled to cover spreads in recent weeks, battle in Foxborough as 1 of their ATS losing streaks will come to an end Sunday.

The Baltimore Ravens (4-2) are back from London, England, and look to stay in 1st place in the competitive AFC North but face a challenge when they host the Detroit Lions (5-1).

The Los Angeles Chargers (2-3) visit the Chiefs for a showdown between 2 of the best QBs in the NFL Sunday afternoon.

Sunday Night Football is potentially a preview of the Super Bowl with the Dolphins at the Eagles, and the week comes to an end with the 49ers looking to bounce back at the Minnesota Vikings (2-4) on Monday Night Football.

The Cincinnati Bengals (3-3), Dallas Cowboys (4-2), Tennessee Titans (2-4), Jets, Panthers and Houston Texans (3-3) are off.

Atlanta Falcons Week 7 betting favorites vs. Detroit Lions

The Atlanta Falcons head into Week 7 as betting favorites over the Detroit Lions by the odds and lines.

The Atlanta Falcons (1-5) host the Detroit Lions (2-3) in a Week 7 contest at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on Sunday. Kickoff will be at 1 p.m. ET. Below, we take a look at the early Week 7 betting odds and lines at BetMGM Sportsbook.

The Lions drilled the Jacksonville Jaguars 34-16 in Week 6 and have won back-to-back road games. Led by rookie RB D’Andre Swift‘s 116 rushing yards, the Detroit ground game pounded out 180 yards at Jacksonville. That marks the Lions’ highest rushing total in a single game since Week 4 of last season (186 vs. Kansas City).

The Falcons ended a five-game losing skid with an unlikely 40-23 victory at Minnesota. Atlanta was a 4-point underdog headed into its clash against the Vikings, but a 30-for-40, 4-touchdown, 371-yard day for QB Matt Ryan got the Falcons into the win column for the first time this fall. Ryan and the Falcons will be looking to turn the tide on a trend that has seen them go 2-8 over their last 10 games at home.

Week 7 betting lines favor Green Bay Packers over Houston Texans

The Green Bay Packers open as only slight favorites over the Houston Texans by the Week 7 betting odds and lines.

The Houston Texans (1-5) are set to host the Green Bay Packers (4-1) Sunday afternoon of Week 7 for a cross-conference matchup at NRG Stadium. Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. ET. Below, we take a look at the early Week 7 betting odds and lines at BetMGM Sportsbook.

The Packers suffered their first loss of the season Sunday, falling 38-10 to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. QB Aaron Rodgers threw a pick-6 and nearly had a second, committing the first turnover of the season for Green Bay. The Packers had previously scored at least 30 points in each of their first four games.

The Texans nearly upset the Tennessee Titans on the road in Week 6, losing 42-36 in overtime. Houston is playing under an interim head coach after firing Bill O’Brien, and there was plenty of fight in Romeo Crennel’s squad against Tennessee. The Texans will need to be at their best against Rodgers and the Packers.

Philadelphia Eagles are home favorites vs. New York Giants in Week 7

The Philadelphia Eagles are home betting favorites over the New York Giants on Thursday Night Football in Week 7.

The Philadelphia Eagles (1-4-1) will host the New York Giants (1-5) on Thursday Night Football at Lincoln Financial Field. It will be the first of two head-to-head meetings of the season between the NFC East rivals. Below, we take a look at the early Week 7 betting odds and lines at BetMGM Sportsbook.

The Eagles are coming off a 30-28 loss to the Baltimore Ravens in Week 6, nearly mounting a miraculous comeback in the second half, only to come up just short. Philadelphia’s only win came against the San Francisco 49ers in Week 4. The Eagles played to a tie against the Cincinnati Bengals. Their other three losses were all by at least 8 points.

The Giants enter this one after beating the Washington Football Team in Week 6 for their first victory of the season. It was too close for comfort, as Washington failed on its two-point attempt in the final seconds, but the Giants are happy to no longer have a zero in the win column.

CB Jamel Dean scored a 32-yard interception return with 12:42 to go in the first half for Tampa Bay’s first score. On the Packers’ next possession, S Mike Edwards returned a Rodgers pick 37 yards to the Green Bay 2-yard line, setting up another TD. The Saints defense has also struggled, as they rank 24th in the league in scoring defense with 30.0 PPG allowed.
