ATLANTA FALCONS 
RB Cordarrelle Patterson (knee) improved to a limited practice Friday, but he’s questionable for Week 4.

OT Ronnie Stanley (ankle) practiced early in the week before taking Friday off. He’s questionable but could make his season debut. RB J.K Dobbins (chest) logged a full practice and doesn’t carry an injury designation.

BUFFALO BILLS 
TE Dawson Knox (back, hip) and WR Gabe Davis (ankle) were limited all week and have drawn the questionable tag. S Jordan Poyer (foot) is questionable after he was limited all week as well.

CAROLINA PANTHERS
RB Christian McCaffrey (thigh) was limited all week and is questionable, but he’s expected to go. WR Laviska Shenault (hamstring) was limited, too, and questionable as well.

CHICAGO BEARS 
RB David Montgomery (ankle, knee) has been ruled out.

CINCINNATI BENGALS – Played Thursday night
No injuries of fantasy relevance.

CLEVELAND BROWNS
DE Myles Garrett (shoulder, biceps) is questionable after a scary car accident earlier in the week. It would be a feat to play after rolling his vehicle multiple times. TE David Njoku (knee) was on the report but got a full practice Friday and has no designation.

DALLAS COWBOYS
QB Dak Prescott (thumb) will miss another week. TE Dalton Schultz (knee) is questionable and was limited all week. WR Michael Gallup (knee) practiced all week and looks ready to return.

DENVER BRONCOS
RB Melvin Gordon (neck) mustered a full practice in Friday, and he’s good to go.

DETROIT LIONS
WR Amon-Ra St. Brown (ankle) and RB D’Andre Swift (shoulder, ankle) are out for Week 4. TE T.J. Hockenson (foot) carries no injury status, while WR DJ Chark Jr. (ankle) and WR Josh Reynolds (ankle) are questionable.

GREEN BAY PACKERS 
RB A.J. Dillon (knee) and WR Christian Watson (hamstring) popped up on the report, but they practiced fully Friday and are good to go.

HOUSTON TEXANS 
No injuries of fantasy relevance.

INDIANAPOLIS COLTS 
LB Shaquille Leonard (back) practiced fully all week but still draws a questionable tag. He could be in line to make his season debut. RB Jonathan Taylor (toe) sat out Wednesday but worked the rest of the week and is ready.

WR Zay Jones (ankle) is questionable but improved to a limited practice Friday. He sounds like a game-time decision.

KANSAS CITY CHIEFS 
WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling (abdomen) was limited all week and slapped with a questionable tag. WR JuJu Smith-Schuster (shoulder) and WR Mecole Hardman (heel) were spotted on the report this week, but they’re good to go.

LAS VEGAS RAIDERS 
WR Hunter Renfrow (concussion) has been ruled out for Week 4.

LOS ANGELES CHARGERS
LB Joey Bosa (groin) had surgery on his injured groin and was placed on IR. WR Keenan Allen (hamstring) will miss another game as well. QB Justin Herbert (ribs) was limited early in the week but practiced fully again Friday and is good to go.

LOS ANGELES RAMS – Monday night
WR Van Jefferson (knee) went on IR as he continues to rehab from knee surgery.

MIAMI DOLPHINS – Played Thursday
QB Tua Tagovailoa
(concussion, neck) was carted off on a stretcher Thursday night with a concussion and a neck injury. His Week 5 status is in serious doubt.

MINNESOTA VIKINGS 
RB Dalvin Cook (shoulder) managed full practices Thursday and Friday and is off the report. FS Harrison Smith (concussion) is poised to return after missing a game as well.

NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS 
QB Mac Jones (ankle) is out and will likely miss a few weeks with a high-ankle sprain. WR Jakobi Meyers (knee) is part of the weekly injury report gymnastics as he was limited all week and is questionable.

NEW ORLEANS SAINTS 
WR Michael Thomas (toe) has been ruled out. QB Jameis Winston (back, ankle) has been listed as doubtful, and we’ll probably see QB Andy Dalton in his place. RB Alvin Kamara (rib) was limited all week and is listed as questionable. WR Jarvis Landry (ankle) was limited Thursday and Friday and has been deemed questionable. He should be able to go. WR Tre’Quan Smith logged full practices in Thursday and Friday and should play. TE Taysom Hill (rib) completed a full practice Friday, and he’s good to go.

WR Breshad Perriman (knee, hamstring) has been ruled doubtful for Week 4. On the plus side, though, WR Chris Godwin (hamstring) upgraded to a limited practice Friday and has been ruled questionable. WR Russell Gage (hamstring), WR Julio Jones (knee) and OT Donovan Smith (elbow) join him as questionable. Smith was limited Friday. Gage and Jones sat out Friday after limited work the previous two days. QB Tom Brady (finger) was listed as a full participant all week and will play.

WR Kyle Philips (shoulder) is questionable after a limited session Friday. WR Treylon Burks (illness) and TE Austin Hooper (neck) missed some practice time but made it back Friday and are good to go.

Buffalo’s defense will be without S Micah Hyde (neck), CB Dane Jackson (neck), DT Ed Oliver (ankle), and DT Jordan Phillips (hamstring), in addition to star CB Tre’Davious White (knee) already being on the Physically Unable to Perform list. S Jordan Poyer (foot) was upgraded to limited in Friday’s practice and is questionable.

RB Christian McCaffrey (ankle) avoided a designation and will play.

CHICAGO BEARS 
WR Velus Jones (hamstring) is doubtful for Week 3. CB Jaylon Johnson (quadriceps) and LB Roquan Smith (hip) are questionable. Neither practiced Friday, which doesn’t bode well for their availability.

CINCINNATI BENGALS
TE Hayden Hurst (groin) went limited-full-limited in his three practice sessions this week, drawing a questionable tag. Consider him a game-time call. WR Tee Higgins (toe) was a full-go during Friday’s session and didn’t draw an injury tag.

LB Micah Parsons (illness), QB Dak Prescott (right thumb) and TE Dalton Schultz (knee) did not practice Friday, so check back Saturday for an update. WR Michael Gallup (knee) will make his season debut.

WR K.J. Hamler (knee, hip) and WR Jerry Jeudy (rib, shoulder) are questionable. Hamler was a full participant Friday, though Jeudy was limited and is a game-time decision.

TE T.J. Hockenson (hip) was limited all week and is questionable. He’s a game-time decision. RB D’Andre Swift (ankle) is questionable following consecutive limited appearances, though he’s expected to play again. DE Aidan Hutchinson (thigh) is questionable, as is C Frank Ragnow (foot). Both were limited Friday.

GREEN BAY PACKERS 
WR Sammy Watkins (hamstring) managed to survive two weeks before his injury-prone ways caught up with him — he has been ruled out. OT David Bakhtiari (knee), WR Randall Cobb (illness) and WR Christian Watson (hamstring) are all questionable. Bakhtiari was limited, but the wideouts didn’t practice and are trending the wrong direction. WR Allen Lazard (ankle) sat Thursday and returned to a limited session Friday. He escaped the injury report.

HOUSTON TEXANS 
With TE Brevin Jordan (ankle) out and TE Pharaoh Brown (shoulder) questionable, TE O.J. Howard could see a larger role.

INDIANAPOLIS COLTS 
LB Shaquille Leonard (back) won’t play once again. DE Yannick Ngakoue (back) is questionable and a gameday decision. WRs Alec Pierce (concussion) and Michael Pittman Jr. (quad) will play without injury designations.

PK Harrison Butker (ankle) will not be available, though WR Mecole Hardman (heel) avoided an injury designation.

TE Eric Ebron (knee) remains on IR. TE Pat Freiermuth (concussion) and QB Ben Roethlisberger (pectoral, shoulder) practiced Friday and should be good.

SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS 
RB Trey Sermon (ankle) is on IR but was designated to return. QB Jimmy Garoppolo (thumb) is doubtful. RB Elijah Mitchell (knee) is questionable after he was limited all week.

SEATTLE SEAHAWKS
RB Alex Collins (abdomen) is questionable and didn’t practice Friday. WR DK Metcalf (foot) missed some practice time, but he’s good to go.

TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS
RB Leonard Fournette (hamstring) went on IR but could return for the playoffs. WR Mike Evans (hamstring) is questionable after a limited practice Friday. WR Antonio Brown (ankle) will be a game-time decision after suffering a setback with his ankle. He didn’t practice Thursday or Friday.

TENNESSEE TITANS 
RB Derrick Henry (foot) remains on IR but could return for Week 18. WR Julio Jones is iffy on the Reserve/COVID list. WR A.J. Brown (calf) practiced Friday and will play.

WASHINGTON FOOTBALL TEAM 
TE Logan Thomas (knee) and RB J.D. McKissic (neck) will miss the rest of the season on IR. RB Antonio Gibson is also likely out due to COVID-19. WR Curtis Samuel (hamstring) was limited Friday and is questionable. QB Taylor Heinicke (knee) is good to go.
