Auburn targeting 2026 TE Nalin Scott

Auburn is hoping to be a big player in the race for 2026 tight end Nalin Scott, competing against many major programs for the prospect.

Auburn football is always on the hunt when it comes to the recruiting game, trying to beat out other schools for some of the nation’s top prospects. That holds even if the athletes are still a couple of years from being seniors.

The Tigers are slowly beginning to move towards pushing on 2026 targets, one of those being a tight end in [autotag]Nalin Scott[/autotag].

The six-foot-three, 185-pound force already has a trip lined up to visit the Plains, while also visiting schools like Georgia, UCF and Tennessee. Auburn’s biggest competitor in this race is proving to be Clemson, a place that Scott has just visited for the fourth time.

The recruit from Kennesaw Mountain (Ga.) is not yet rated with On3 but is looking to be heavily targeted by many other programs. The Tigers’ future at the tight end and receiver position will certainly be benefited should they become a strong player in this race and land him.

Auburn extends offer to 2026 prospect Nalin Scott

Auburn has entered the race for tight end Nalin Scott.

[autotag]Nalin Scott[/autotag] is quickly becoming a name to know in the 2026 recruiting cycle. He already has a dozen scholarship offers and on Monday he added an Auburn one to his collection.

Tight end coach [autotag]Ben Aigamaua[/autotag] extended the offer after Scott competed in Auburn’s Elite Camp, showing that the Tigers are planning to recruit the rising sophomore at tight end.

The Acworth, Georgia native is already 6-foot-3 and 190 pounds and some schools are recruiting him as a wide receiver. There are not yet rankings for the 2026 class but with early offers from Auburn, LSU, South Carolina and Georgia he seems destined to be a top prospect.

While his recruitment is just getting started, the Tigers may have an advantage over the rest of the competition, he was teammates with freshmen offensive lineman [autotag]Connor Lew[/autotag] last season at Kennesaw Mountain.
