Former Michigan State wide receiver Jalen Nailor is off to a great start this year for the Minnesota Vikings.

Nailor found the endzone again this week, scoring on a four-yard reception in a matchup between the Vikings and Houston Texans. Vikings quarterback Sam Darnold found Nailor in the endzone to push the Vikings’ lead to 21-0 in the third quarter.

Nailor’s touchdown on Sunday vs. the Texans was his third of the season. Nailor is in his third season in the NFL and he had only one career touchdown in his first two seasons in the league.

Nailor starred for the Spartans from 2018 to 2021 where he recorded 86 career receptions for 1,453 yards and 12 touchdowns. He was drafted in the sixth round of the 2022 NFL Draft by the Vikings.

Former speedster Michigan State wide receiver Jalen Nailor is having a strong start to training camp.

Nailor “put on a show” during the Vikings’ training camp practice on Saturday. Nailor is entering his third season with the Minnesota Vikings and looking to increase his role with the team this year.

Jalen Nailor is one of a handful of former Spartans whose football careers will take that next step this week.

Nailor will look to hear his name called this week in the 2022 NFL Draft, with the speedy wide receiver expected to be a late-round selection. Nailor was an explosive offensive weapon for the Spartans the last four seasons, finishing with 86 receptions for 1,454 yards and 12 career touchdowns.

With the NFL Draft only a few days ahead, Nailor released a hype highlight video with his tweet pointing to the “next chapter” coming soon. Check out the video below:
