Michigan State basketball could be picking up a massive recruit in the 2025 class on Wednesday evening.

Five-star small forward Jalen Haralson will officially announce his college decision on Wednesday night. He is set to do his announcement live on the 247Sports Channel at 7:00 pm ET. The decision will also be simulcast on CBS Sports HQ.

Haralson ranks as the No. 2 small forward and No. 13 overall prospect in 247Sports’ composite rankings for the 2025 class. He hails from La Porte, Ind. and is ranked as the No. 1 player in the state of Indiana.

Haralson is considering only three schools at this time — Michigan State, Indiana and Notre Dame. He has taken official visits to all three schools and there is no known favorite for his commitment, according to 247Sports.

One of the top prospects in the 2025 class is visiting Michigan State basketball this weekend.

Joe Tipton of On3 confirmed on Friday that five-star small forward Jalen Haralson is visiting Michigan State this weekend. Haralson had previously stated he would visit Michigan State this weekend and Tipton confirmed that original report this week.

Haralson ranks as the No. 2 small forward in 247Sports’ composite rankings for the 2025 class. He’s also listed as the No. 13 overall prospect in the class.

According to 247Sports, Haralson is strongly considering Kansas, Purdue, Indiana, Duke, Missouri, Notre Dame, Auburn and Michigan State. He recently visited Indiana and Notre Dame, and also has visits lined up with Purdue, Missouri and Kansas in the next few weeks.
