Brandon Walker of the Unnecessary Roughness podcast is pretty high on Michigan State quarterback Payton Thorne entering the upcoming season.
Walker recently released his rankings for the quarterbacks in the Big Ten, and he has Thorne near the top. Walker lists Thorne as the No. 4 quarterback — one spot ahead of whoever will be starting for Michigan.
