Is there anybody better at pre-game speeches than Cleveland Browns backup quarterback Jameis Winston?
He went viral a week ago for his electric pre-game speech before the Browns took on the Green Bay Packers, and now he has done it again before the Browns took the field against the Minnesota Vikings.

“Tell yourself this: You deserve it!… Every day you go out there and lay it on the line… I don’t care if you’re here tomorrow, or if you’re here next week. We need to get a W in our house… that’s the mentality you have to have… Today is all we’ve got, so go out there and lay it on the line for your brothers.”

Winston will not play in this game as the Browns are bubble-wrapping all of the players who could have a key role in the regular season in this one. That didn’t stop him from being the leader that he is.
