The Lakers have looked absolutely unstoppable all postseason long, but they look especially so when they wear their black “Mamba Forever” jerseys that were designed by Kobe Bryant himself.
The Lakers are undefeated so far in the playoffs when they wear those jerseys. They’re 4-0 so far and are just two wins away from winning their first championship in 10 years.
These jerseys are clearly special to them. LeBron James was asked about why the Lakers are so good in those jerseys after their game two win over the Heat on Friday night and he immediately went to how Kobe Bryant’s family inspires the team.
"We're thinking about the Bryant family. … We love you guys and hopefully we're making them proud by wearing these uniforms tonight."

“We’re thinking about the Bryant family — Vanessa and the daughters. They’re with us, we’re with you guys. We love you guys. And, hopefully, we’re making them proud by wearing these uniforms tonight.”
What an answer. LeBron is the absolute best. Shouts to the Bryant family. Hopefully, they’re proud of the Lakers, too.
