F Emile Smith Rowe, who leads Arsenal with 9 goals this season, is listed as doubtful for Sunday’s match, per whoscored.com. Leicester will also be down several key players, including star F Jamie Vardy.

As for Leicester, it has won 2 straight, defeating Leeds 1-0 March 5 and Burnley 2-0 March 1. Arsenal will pose a much more difficult challenge. Leicester is 2-5-0 against the EPL’s top-five teams.

Arsenal should come out on top, and I like the home side in this position, especially with Leicester down Vardy. However, at -200, I can’t get fully behind that wager.

A bet that’s focused on Arsenal’s defense is BOTH TEAMS NOT TO SCORE (+102).

Arsenal has allowed just 29 goals in 25 games, and while Leicester has scored 41 in 25 games, Vardy has contributed 10 of them.

Fifteen of Arsenal’s 25 games and nine of Leicester’s 25 games in EPL play involved one team not scoring.

At +102, I would bet on one of the two sides to not net a goal.

Over/Under (O/U)

BET UNDER 2.5 (+133).

The value at plus-money for these teams to struggle to score with both teams’ leading goal-scoring option out is phenomenal.

Across all competitions, Arsenal has gone Under 2.5 goals in a game in five of its last eight outings. For Leicester, considering all its recent performances, it has gone Under 2.5 goals in three consecutive games.

Manchester City is coming into this one looking to distance itself atop the English Premier League.

For this match, D Kyle Walker is doubtful and F Ferran Torres is out. That said, Man City has thrived this season due to their league-best defense, giving up just 9 goals in 18 matches.

They’ve scored 44, the second-most in the league. Their midfield, led by Jack Grealish and Kevin de Bruyne is finally at full strength as well, so this could be as good of form as City gets.

That’s bad news for the ninth-place Leicester City. A slew of players are doubtful for the road side including star F Jamie Vardy. Leicester is coming into this one in good form as well despite being shorthanded.

They’ve scored 11 goals in their last 4 EPL matches. Although they did manage 3 in a midweek showdown with Liverpool, Vardy, who isn’t expected to play, scored two of them.

PASS on the money line. Man City is the best team in the EPL, and they should win at home. They’re 7-1-1 at home. I wouldn’t bet against even a draw here, and betting on them at -800 has little value.

BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE is available at -100. But, I’d rather take BOTH TEAMS NOT TO SCORE at -125. The last time these two teams played, it was a 1-0 final.

Leicester has had a solid attack as of late, but against Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal and Man City combined, they’ve scored 3 goals in 4 games. They struggle against top-tier sides, and I’d expect that again without many key players and on the road.

Over/Under (O/U)

BET on the UNDER 3.5 (+115). The reasoning is similar as before.

While Leicester has 27 goals for and 27 goals against in 18 games, they haven’t played heavy-scoring matches with top-tier sides. Chelsea won 3-0, and Arsenal won 2-0 against Leicester.

Similarly, Man City’s last three matches against top-10 opponents have resulted in all three games going under 3 goals and them scoring just 5 goals in the 3 games.

High-level games typically result in fewer goals, and I’d bank on that again here.

The captain is expected to be “back soon.” He’s been fantastic, leading a dominant defense, the main reason why Man U is currently in the top-four clubs on the table.

As for Leicester City, they’re certainly no pushover, especially at home. Leicester is led by F Jamie Vardy. In their most competitive match, Leicester lost just 1-0 to Man City.

BET on the MANCHESTER UNITED (+107) as they need to be treating this game like a must-win road match. They are coming off a draw with Everton. They’re too talented to drop to the 13th-ranked Leicester.

With Bruno Fernandes, Paul Pogba and Ronaldo in the attack, the susceptible Leicester defense, which has given up 12 goals in 7 games, should allow them to get loose.

Man U is tied for the third-most goals in the EPL. Against a struggling defense, they should be able to get enough to win the game. At this value, I’d take them to win without a second thought.

Over/Under (O/U)

“LEAN” to the OVER 2.5 (-135) as the Leicester side should allow Man U to get on the board at least a couple of times.

Leicester has given up two in four straight matches and in five of their last six. As for their attack, without Maguire, Vardy should be able to break down the Man U backline. Someone must step up for Man U.

Given the absence of Maguire and the thriving Man U attack, I’d also consider betting BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE at -165, but the value also isn’t necessarily there.

The best value is on the Man U money line, but all things point to the Over and both teams to get on the board as solid, likely bets.

Having finished in the top five in two straight seasons, Leicester City might be off to a tough start, but the culture of success is in place. F Jamie Vardy is currently tied for the fourth-most goals in the EPL with 3.

Leicester City has two wins and three losses. It defeated every team it has played that’s below it in the table. Burnley should be no different.

Over/Under (O/U)

BET on the UNDER 2.5 (+100) as both teams are strong defensively yet have struggled to score so far this season. Leicester has just 5 goals on the season.

It has given up 8 which includes four to West Ham; Leicester had a first-half red card in that match. Burnley has scored 3 and given up nine through five matches.

Both teams are in the bottom half of the league in shots and this should be a low-scoring match. At +100, I wouldn’t be afraid to put a unit on the Under 2.5.

“LEAN” to MANCHESTER CITY (-170) as the best value on the money line, even at this price point. While it’s still a stretch with Man City on the road, it is, by far, the more talented side.

Grealish and M Kevin de Bruyne lead the midfield with Sterling and F Jesus up top. There’s a plethora of players that can step up if any of them come off the bench as well.

Leicester didn’t look great while being outshot by Norwich. It also lost 4-1 to West Ham and gave up a goal prior to the red card. Despite having two wins in three matches, Leicester should be overpowered in this one.

While Leicester hasn’t shown much, it has scored in all three matches, making BOTH TEAMS TO SCORE (-130) a solid bet as well.

Over/Under (O/U)

BET on the OVER 2.5 (-140) and heavily consider the Over 3.5 (+170).

As noted, Leicester scored in each of its three matches and has 4 goals through three games. Man City scored 10 goals in its last two matches, after being been shut out by the top-ranked Tottenham.

Only 21-year-old F Ferran Torres has multiple goals, so Man City has done its work with numerous talented players. The Over 2.5 is the safe bet, but the Over 3.5 could easily hit as well after cashing in three of the teams combined six matches.

BET on LEICESTER CITY (-115) as Norwich clearly isn’t up to the EPL pace yet. Having recently been promoted back to England’s top soccer league, Norwich has looked a step behind.

While it is tough to gauge its success as it has played a few of the top teams, Leicester is among the best in the league as well having finished fifth last season.

Simply put, Leicester is the better side and should come out on top.

I also think ONE TEAM NOT TO SCORE (+110) is a good bet. Norwich has yet to score this season while Leicester has scored just 1 goal in each showing.

Over/Under (O/U)

BET on the UNDER 2.5 (+115) given the solid value and both sides offensive shortcomings. The two sides have combined to play four games this season yet have combined for only 2 goals.

While Norwich blasted Bournemouth, there’s no denying American F Josh Sargent may struggle against the better Leicester defense. Three of West Ham’s goals came after Leicester was awarded a red card.

Expect the defense to step up. Betting on fewer than 3 goals to be scored, especially as Leicester hasn’t shown much offensively and the bet is a plus-money value, is worth the risk.
