Former Citadel guard Kaylan Makan announced his commitment to Tennessee on Monday.
Makan will have three seasons of eligibility remaining with the Vols.
The 6-foot-2, 180-pound guard is from Little Rock, Arkansas.
Makan saw action in two games as a true freshman at The Citadel last season. He played five total minutes and recorded one rebound.
Before signing with The Citadel, Makan played at Pulaski Academy and Hargrave Military Academy. As a junior, Makan averaged 12 points per game, while shooting 48 percent from the three-point line and making 52 three-pointers.
He scored 53 points and made 15 three-pointers in a single game at Hargrave during his senior season.
Makan is the fourth transfer portal addition for the Vols this offseason. USC Upstate guard Jordan Gainey, Harvard forward Chris Ledlum, and Northern Colorado forward Dalton Knecht have also committed to Tennessee.
