This story has been updated to fix a typo.

The Jacksonville Jaguars return to the United States after going 1-1 in their pair of London games this season, having lost the Chicago Bears in Week 6 and bounced back to beat the New England Patriots on Sunday in Week 7.

Now 2-5 on the year, the Jaguars hope to capitalize on their strong finish abroad as they approach the back half of the 2024 campaign.

“We’ve got to duplicate it. We have to duplicate the energy. We have to duplicate what we did over here,” Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson said after the win. “This week in practice has been one of our better weeks of practice, and we’ve got to be able to carry this all the way back and do it again.

Jaguars snap counts and splits in win over Colts

Winless no more, the Jaguars (1-4) beat the Colts (2-3) in a nail-biter on Sunday, 37-34.

Deploying every active player sans backup quarterback Mac Jones on Sunday, Jacksonville survived a fourth-quarter comeback in which Indianapolis tied the game with 2:40 left in regulation.

The Jaguars responded by marching 39 yards in seven plays, setting rookie kicker Cam Little up with a 49-yard, go-ahead field goal. He nailed it with 17 seconds remaining on the clock.

Time expired two plays later when Jacksonville defensive end Travon Walker recorded his third sack of the day on Indianapolis quarterback Joe Flacco.

“Any win, any loss is hard to celebrate because you’re right back to work tomorrow, less than 24 hours,” Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson expressed after the win. “We’re going to enjoy this one. We’re going to look at the tape, make corrections, and move forward.”

Jaguars snap counts vs. Texans

Jaguars snap counts vs. Texans

The Jaguars suffered another heartbreak on Sunday, falling to 0-4 this season after blowing a second-half comeback against their AFC South rival Texans, 24-20.

Besides backup quarterback Mac Jones, every member of Jacksonville’s game-day roster took the field against Houston.

After the defeat, Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson suggested that the collective group of players needs to make more plays for the club to break through and win a game.

“We’re that close to flipping the switch, making more plays during the games,” Pederson said. “We’re not making them right now, and that’s what’s holding us back.”

Jaguars snap counts vs. Bills

Jaguars snap counts vs. Bills

Three Jacksonville starters — offensive tackle Anton Harrison, linebacker Foyesade Oluokun and rookie nickel cornerback Jarrian Jones — exited the Jaguars’ Monday Night Football loss to the Bills with an injury.

Paired with previous injuries and starting quarterback Trevor Lawrence being pulled in the fourth quarter of the 47-10 defeat, this led Doug Pederson and his coaching staff to deploy all of Jacksonville’s active players in Week 3.

Jaguars snap counts in 20-17 loss to Dolphins

Jacksonville deployed all but two members of its gameday active roster in its 20-17 Week 1 loss at Miami.

Most notably, 21 of the Jaguars’ 23 available defenders took the field against the Dolphins’ offense in defensive coordinator Ryan Nielsen’s debut with the club.

Backup quarterback Mac Jones and rookie cornerback De’Antre Prince did not play among active Jaguars on Sunday. Linebacker Caleb Johnson was the only other defensive player not to log a snap on his side of the ball, although he was one of Jacksonville’s most utilized special teamers.

17 Jaguars logged offensive snaps, and eight players participated solely on special teams.
