Canelo Alvarez has many options.
The unified super middleweight champ, coming off his title-winning victory over Callum Smith, has said he wants to capture more 168-pound belts. That means titleholders Caleb Plant and Billy Joe Saunders are in his sights.
Another possibility: middleweight beltholder Gennadiy Golovkin, Alvarez’s foe in two previous fights.
Triple-G also was in action over the weekend, stopping Kamil Szeremeta in seven rounds. However, he looked so-so against Sergiy Derevyanchenko in his previous fight and will turn 39 in April.
Is a third fight between him and Alvarez still appealing?
In this episode of Jabs with Mannix and Mora, courtesy of DAZN, hosts Chris Mannix and Sergio Mora give their answers to that question.
Here’s what they had to say.
