Michael Strahan’s daughter, Isabella, reveals she’s cancer-free

Michael Strahan’s daughter, Isabella, revealed on Thursday that her recent scans came back clear and she’s currently “cancer-free.”

It’s been a month of joy for Isabella, the daughter of New York Giants legend and Pro Football Hall of Famer, Michael Strahan.

On June 20, Isabella rang the bell, signifying the end of her chemotherapy following a Medulloblastoma diagnosis back in October of 2023.

“Isabella you are a SUPERWOMAN! Ringing that bell finishing chemo and on your way! You continue to fight with a smile on your face, strength, and determination,” Strahan wrote at the time. “I am one proud Dad! Love you, Bella.”

The good news continued on Thursday as Isabella announced via her YouTube channel, which was created to chronicle her journey and help give a voice to others undergoing similar battles, that she is now cancer-free.

“It was a great, great scans. Everything was clear. Cancer-free,” Isabella said in a vlog titled “Goodbye Hospital.” “Everything was great. I won’t have another doctor’s appointment until October.”

Although healthy, Isabella did admit she will miss her doctors because she “loves them so much.”

Isabella also noted that this will be her final hospital vlog until October but she will continue to update her viewers as she moves back to USC.

Michael Strahan’s daughter, Isabella, rings bell after finishing chemotherapy

Isabella, daughter of New York Giants legend Michael Strahan, has rung the bell after finishing her chemo for brain cancer: “SUPERWOMAN!”

In January of 2024, Isabella, daughter of New York Giants legend and Pro Football Hall of Famer Michael Strahan, revealed she was battling brain cancer.

Isabella had received her Medulloblastoma diagnosis in October 2023 and underwent brain surgery and endured six weeks of radiation therapy.

In February, Isabella began chemotherapy treatments at Duke University, where her sister attends. In partnership with the hospital, she created a YouTube channel to chronicle her journey and help give a voice to others undergoing similar battles.

Michael Strahan’s daughter, Isabella, reveals brain cancer battle

Isabella, the daughter of New York Giants legend Michael Strahan, emotionally revealed her ongoing battle with brain cancer on Thursday.

Isabella, the 19-year-old daughter of New York Giants legend and Pro Football Hall of Famer, Michael Strahan, revealed her battle with brain cancer on Thursday.

Sitting next to her father during an appearance on Good Morning America, Isabella recalled her Medulloblastoma diagnosis in October 2023.

“I’m feeling good, not too bad. I’m very excited for this whole process to wrap but you just have to keep living every day through the whole thing,” she said, via the New York Post.

Isabella underwent brain surgery shortly after the diagnosis last October followed by six weeks of radiation treatments. She began chemotherapy at Duke University, where her sister attends, in February.

In partnership with Duke Children’s Hospital & Health Center, Isabella is launching a YouTube channel to chronicle her cancer battle, hoping to lift the spirits of others dealing with similar health issues.

“With my platform, I hope to just kind of be a voice and be a person who people who maybe are going through something similar, going through chemotherapy or radiation, can look at and just hear and just watch, or find something interesting about their day,” he said. “I’m just excited for that.”

The emotional Isabella, a model, began to tear up at points during her story, drawing a supportive reaction from her father.

“I know she’s going through it, but I know that we’re never given more than we can handle,” Strahan said. “She is going to crush this.

“I know this has been tough, but you keep living Isabella. We love you. We’re here for you and you got this.”

Strahan was absent for “personal family matters” for several weeks in October and November but never revealed the cause upon his return to GMA. Now the world knows.

Giants Nation offers their love, support, and prayers to Isabella, Michael, and the entire Strahan family.
